This Month’s Focus

Walking: I have a 5K Run/Walk in April (I’ll be walking) so I’m increasing February’s daily steps from 8,000 – 10,000 (I’ve been doing around 6,000 – 8,000). I need to step up my game and make sure I hit that 10,000 mark every day.

Strength Training: Benefits of Strength Training

Stretching: The different types of stretches and how they can improve flexibility and mobility.

Cycling: Stationary and Electric Bike – I have both so no excuses. Even with an electric bike you can get a good workout. 😉
