NUTRITION: CUT BACK ON SUGAR & CARBS

1. Focus on whole, unprocessed foods such as fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats. These provide essential nutrients without the added sugars and refined carbohydrates found in processed foods.

2. Incorporate fiber-rich foods like whole grains, legumes, and nuts into your meals. Fiber helps slow down the absorption of sugar and carbohydrates, keeping you feeling fuller for longer and stabilizing blood sugar levels.

3. Be mindful of hidden sugars and carbs in packaged foods by reading labels carefully. Ingredients like high-fructose corn syrup, maltose, or refined flours are indicators of added sugars and carbs that you should try to avoid.

4. Additionally, staying hydrated is crucial for reducing cravings and maintaining overall health.
